Muhannad is a Finance Director at the Head Office of Mubadala looking after the financial needs of Aerospace, Renewables & ICT Platform which covers the Group’s interest in aerospace manufacturing & MRO, telecom, satellite, mega data centers, utilities and renewable energy.
Muhannad is responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecast, performance scorecard, valuations, management & business performance analysis, in addition to statutory reporting, controllership & governance.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Muhannad was a Budgeting & Reporting Manager at the Head Office of Dubai Holding, where he was looking after various investments with a focus on real estate and hospitality. Prior to that he worked in management accounting and financial analysis in the telecom industry (du, Saudi Telecom and Zain Telecom).
Muhannad holds an MBA from London Business School (full scholarship), American Certified Management Accountant (CMA), American Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Jordan.
