Human Capital Manager
Jassim AlMarzooqi has been appointed as Strata’s Human Capital Manager, with more than 13 years of experience in the human capital field. He has in-depth knowledge in career development, succession planning, recruitment, defining and enhancing employee skill gaps.
Within his role, Jassim is involved in advancing Strata’s Human Capital strategy and initiatives that are aligned with the company’s business strategy and ensuring that Strata continues to attract new talent while maintaining an energetic and positive work environment.
Throughout his career, Jassim has managed to successfully collaborate with various business units to develop and implement manpower planning, along with maintaining a sustainable and a diverse talent pipeline.
Jassim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Al Ain University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi. He also holds a diploma in HR Practice – CIPD, as well as a certification in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Professional.
