Senior Manager - Human Capital and Administration

Nawal Al Alawi has been appointed as Senior Manager of Human Capital and Administration, where she leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR strategies, work force planning to ensure people requirement with business objectives, employee relations, and organizational policies. In her role, she advises leadership on performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, ensures workforce sustainability and support Emiratization objectives and consistent application of HC best practices across the company.

Nawal began her journey at Strata in 2010 in the Aerostructure composite program, where she contributed to delivering high quality aerospace components and driving operational efficiency. Her passion for people development led her to the Learning and Development department, talent acquisition, rewards and people operations. where she focused on nurturing talent and advancing workforce capabilities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation from the United Arab Emirates University and brings over a decade of experience in building a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
